I could just carry on and post light-hearted, upbeat and hopefully motivational posts but it didn’t feel right, so instead, I’ve gone deep.

I probably could have talked for hours but Instagram would have cut me off so tried to keep it succinct.

It’s not supposed to be a ‘sales-y’ post, it’s just me admitting life isn’t perfect for me right now.

And I’m grateful that I can reach out to the people in my life who help me get through times like this (my therapist, my business coach, my business besties, as well as the most important people - hubby, family & my besties)

But in case you don’t have those people in your life or you don’t feel like you can talk to them, then all I really want to say is - you’re not alone 🩷
